Hello! I'm so glad you're here. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, but it's also a courageous step toward healing and wholeness.
I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 11 years of therapy experience. I focus on supporting women over 25 yrs old who are navigating anxiety, relationship issues, and people-pleasing. It's an honor to walk alongside women in this process and to witness the growth, healing, and confidence that emerge as they rediscover themselves and create meaningful change.
Aloha nui loa, and welcome to new possibilities, as you step through the threshold of conscious self-care. Congratulation on taking that first step in reaching out for help. Let's start that process together by creating a treatment plan that will address your needs.
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist I look forward to using my skills and knowledge to support you on journey to Be Therapeutic. The power to heal, nurture, and become the best version of ourselves lies within each one of us. To Be Therapeutic means to become the source to restore your health. Once we own and walk in our strength, we are able to improve unfavorable conditions that exist around us and to be an example for others.
I am a Filipina licensed clinical psychologist (#PSY35663) who identifies as a “Third Culture Kid”. Having been raised in the Philippines, London, and Singapore before coming to the US for education, I ensure culture is at the heart of everything I do. I earned my degree at the University of San Francisco and completed my APA-accredited Doctoral Internship at the University of Oregon and Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the University of California, Berkeley Counseling and Psychological Services.
I specialize in working with Asian, Asian American, and other BIPOC individuals of all ages, sexual orientations, and gender identities who are managing various mental-health-related difficulties. I particularly enjoy working with others navigating identity exploration, interpersonal difficulty, cultural concerns, family of origin trauma, and life transitions, as well as depression and anxiety.
My goal is to offer community and support to those in need, especially in the Black and Brown communities. I graduated from Argosy University with a master's in counseling psychology and eager to be of service!
