Hello there, I'm here because this thing called life didn't come with a handbook and I'm guessing your are here for the same. Life can get dark, ugly, and make you feel like the walls are caving in. My goal is to promote wellness, growth, and a healthy life by challenging negative thought patterns, habits, and discovering underlying trauma. Take the first step by reaching out. I'll take the second step by meeting you in the center. You are not alone; I'm here for the hard stuff.
I'm a passionate, encouraging, and humorous therapist connecting well with diverse clients. Living with ADHD and Lupus, I offer a unique perspective and deep empathy. My experience spans domestic violence support, battering intervention, community education, youth services, inpatient care, community mental health, substance use treatment, and private practice. I use my experiences to guide individuals with high-profile careers toward a more peaceful and purposeful life.
I am a LPC in private pratice. I have work with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma. I utilize a combination of psychoeducation, skills-building, and talk therapy to help my clients achieve their goals. I have had the honor of working with people of all backgrounds and bringing cultural awareness to the therapeutic connection.
As a therapist, I believe that therapy should be anti-racist, LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming, intersectional, and inclusive.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to be here. Most of the people I work with come in noticing something isn’t working — a pattern that keeps repeating, a relationship that feels stuck, or a version of themselves they’re trying to find their way back to.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling. I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and relational challenges. A lot of the work I do is helping people make sense of patterns that feel overwhelming or impossible to change alone — and building enough steadiness to actually try something different.
