I listen to my clients, genuinely engage, provide psychoeducational support, and help my clients realize, see, discover, learn, find, ascertain, and understand things they need. I also assign homework and/or skills to practice to ensure my client works towards their treatment goals. I look forward to meeting with you. My belief is that healing happens when we feel truly seen and heard. I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, depression and anxiety. My approach is collaborative, energetic, and direct - I'm not the therapist who just nods, I am the one who rolls up my sleeves with you. Currently I am only available for telehealth sessions, my goal is to provide a safe space where you can be your genuine self.
I’m a therapist who understands how difficult it can be to open up—and how meaningful the right support can be. I care deeply about creating a space grounded in honesty, trust, and genuine connection. My approach is warm, compassionate, and straightforward, and I shape each session around your unique needs rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Above all, I see therapy as a collaborative process, and I’m here to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you grow.
