Hi, I'm Cassidy, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe that healing starts with a warm, genuine connection. If you’ve been struggling with the weight of depression or anxiety, I’m here to walk alongside you with kindness and understanding. I love combining the 'science' of therapy with human connection, making sure you feel seen and supported while we break down the big stressors into more manageable pieces.
Hello there! I am an LMFT, I studied at Mount St. Mary's, and graduated 2017. I have worked with children and families, couples, and individuals, and enjoy creating a safe space to work together to find a more peaceful and happy version of yourself!
Hi, I’m Amaris, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes healing happens best in a space where you feel safe, understood, and never judged.
I work with children, teens, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, grief, and major life transitions. Whether your child is having big feelings they don’t know how to manage, you’re feeling stuck in patterns that don’t serve you, or your family is walking through the heartbreak of dementia or loss, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
My style is supportive, down-to-earth, and collaborative. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about helping you understand yourself, build practical tools, and feel more confident handling life’s challenges. I blend evidence-based approaches with compassion, creativity, and sometimes even humor, because growth doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time.
Parents appreciate that I help kids build emotional regulation skills in ways that make sense to them, and I make sure caregivers feel supported too. Adults often come to me when anxiety, emotional ups and downs, or grief feel overwhelming. I also have a special place in my heart for working with older adults and families facing Alzheimer’s, dementia, and end-of-life changes.
At the core of my work is this belief:
You are not broken, you’re human, and you’re capable of growth.
If you’re ready for a space where you can show up exactly as you are, we’ll work at your pace, together.
My counseling style has been described as warm, affirming and genuine, with a strengths-based perspective and occasional touches of humor. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have been working in Private Practice as a therapist for 6 years. In the past I've worked with adults who are experiencing the need to make adjustments to life situations, as well as individuals who are requesting help in overcoming anxiety, depression, and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder.
Because of my own life experiences, I realized early on how meaningful it is to be there for others when they need it most. With over 15 years of experience in Social Services, I bring both deep compassion and practical expertise to my work as a therapist. I began my career as a social worker serving vulnerable populations and developed into a psychotherapist. I believe therapy is a powerful space for growth, healing, and transformation. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, PTSD, or trauma including domestic violence and sexual assault, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Therapy can help you move beyond difficult experiences and step into a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling. I believe healing is not only possible, it’s within your reach!
I am passionate about working with individuals couples! I have years of clinical and non clinical experience working with people in their most difficult moments and seasons. I have a Masters in Counseling Psychology from William Jessup University as well as being a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP II). I work with couples and individuals.
