I'm a licensed therapist dedicated to supporting WOMEN, CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS, and COUPLES through life’s challenges. Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic stress, or emotional pain, you're not alone—and healing is possible.
My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs. I work with clients on a range of concerns, including emotional self-regulation, life transitions, trauma recovery, and the everyday difficulties that can feel overwhelming.
Therapy is a space for growth, understanding, and healing. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I’m here to help you move forward with strength and clarity.
Let’s begin the journey together.
I see my job as helping folks examine why we beat ourselves and others up emotionally, and how to do something different. Together, we’ll work on figuring out what matters most to you and navigating toward it. If you value straight-forwardness, humor, geeky metaphors, and having someone sit with you in the discomfort, we are probably a good match.
I’m really glad you’re here!

I have been working in the mental health field as a social worker for the last 10 years. I have extensive experience working with individuals working to overcome adversity from abuse, neglect, and addiction. I also have a lot of experience in the healthcare field, including supporting individuals and family members coping with terminal illness, end-of-life transitions, addiction, and chronic pain.
I'm Sarah Kraft, a licensed therapist in the Denver north metro area. I provide therapy for adults and couples, many of whom are navigating anxiety, big emotions, life transitions, or burnout. Clients often come to me wanting to feel more grounded, understood, and connected to themselves. In our work together, you’ll find warmth, humor, honesty, and a steady sense of hope as we move toward meaningful change.
As a therapist and a mom, I bring both professional insight and real-life perspective to my work. I’m deeply committed to neurodiversity-affirming care and supporting all people in healing their nervous system from the impact of trauma and oppression. I believe each person holds an innate capacity to heal, grow, and move toward a life of joy and purpose. Grounded in my values as a social worker, I believe in the dignity and rights of all people. My background includes volunteering with youth experiencing homelessness, working with LGBTQIA+ communities, and advocating for disability rights—experiences that continue to shape my inclusive, compassionate approach.
My focus is helping clients regain a sense of balance and Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here and exploring your options for counseling support. I have been a counselor since 2004 and work with young adults, adults, and parents. There is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to therapy, so I like to work collaboratively with my clients to find a plan that meets their strengths and goals. Some of my passions are helping people understand and regulate their nervous system so they can be more present, engaged, and connected in their lives. I pull from mindfulness and self-compassion based approaches along with yoga, DBT, brainspotting, listening therapies, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I look forward to connecting with you.
