

Hi. I offer individual therapy by telehealth video for people who want to reduce feelings of anxiety and/or depression, and for people who are going through some big challenges in life and want some extra support with the stress.
My primary focus is working with adolescents, families, and adults, though I have a range of experience working with people of all ages and many different demographics. In particular, I have a strong background in working with at-risk youth, kinship caregivers, and foster/adoptive families. I also have a background of working with young adults transitioning to independent living, as well as adults of all ages.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado, and have been practicing as a therapist since 2022. Prior to this, I worked with youth, adults, and families in a variety of case management roles, including in schools, domestic violence shelters, shelters for those without housing, and families experiencing various systems involvement. This has given me an understanding of the many challenges life can bring, and equipped me with the tools to support you in navigating various barriers and difficulties.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adults ages 25 to 85, bringing a long, richly lived life experience that allows me to meet you with steadiness, perspective, and compassion. My approach is grounded in unconditional positive regard—I believe you are worthy of respect and understanding exactly as you are. I can’t fix anyone, but I am very good at helping people heal themselves from the wounds life brings and to navigate the changes that shape us all.

I am a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed therapist who specializes in working with children, teens, and families. I have extensive experience supporting clients with autism, adhd, anxiety, big emotions, and challenging behaviors. I also enjoy providing parent support and coaching.
As a parent of 2 neurodivergent children, I bring both professional expertise and lived empathy to my work. I offer telehealth (primary) in-home, and community-based sessions so I can meet clients where they feel most comfortable.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of New York, Colorado, and New Jersey, I've had the opportunity to work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families in various settings. While providing behavioral health supports, I've had the ability to partner through the process of healing wounds that serve as an impediment to wellness.
Within my practice, I utilize Brainspotting, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma focused, play therapy, and solution focused therapy to aid in reaching a state of homeostasis.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with nearly a decade of clinical experience in inpatient behavioral health.
