With over 26 years experience as a social worker and 8 years in pastoral care, I bring a unique perspective to our sessions. This can be instrumental in helping you find resolution in your season of need. You'll get a compassionate and judgement free approach to therapy. Feeling depressed anxious, stressed and/or overwhelmed, struggling with substance use/abuse, grief & loss, domestic violence, and/or marriage/family/relationship issues? Let me help.
The reason why I chose to touch the lives of people through therapy stemmed out of my desire to assist people with the challenges of daily living. I opened up Fruggiero Counseling Services with the intention that it would be a safe haven for you to free yourself in expressing both the worst and best moments of your life. There is difficulty in holding thoughts and feelings within, but know that my priority is to ensure you a place free of judgement; and instead a place of light and clarity, that can bring you tranquility and peace in the midst of turmoil.
My specialty is helping those who need to be heard, seek support, and look for a safe place to open up to process thoughts & feelings, as they become a better version of themselves. I’ve learned that people struggle with Pandora’s box within, and although may be surrounded by what seems a mob of loved ones; still manage to feel less than their own shadow.
I have extensive training and experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, adolescents, families, & veterans struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger, stress management, social skills, parental coaching, trauma & overall life transitions. Additionally, I work with women struggling with infertility, pregnancy difficulties & losses.
Life presents us with many challenges, and sometimes we may feel like we're moving backward instead of forward. It's at these moments that we define our next steps. Whether you're navigating parenting, processing trauma, or grappling with difficult questions, a holistic approach can support you internally and externally, nurturing your mind, body, and spirit. Remember, well-being is true wealth, and I encourage anyone seeking therapy to be motivated and ready to actively participate in their healing. "Healing is dependent upon the person who seeks it." -Kellie Vazquez

Helping Women Heal from Betrayal, Reclaim Their Identity, and Rebuild Trust in Themselves
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about helping women who feel like they’ve lost themselves find their way back to who they truly are. My background includes working with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, and complex relationship experiences. I specialize in supporting women who are healing from betrayal, emotional wounds, and identity struggles—especially those who appear “strong” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain within.
I take a warm, down-to-earth, and compassionate approach to therapy. I believe you shouldn’t have to filter yourself or have it all together to be supported. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, process what you’ve been carrying, and begin rebuilding your sense of self with clarity and confidence.
As a Christian, I understand the importance of faith in the healing journey and can incorporate spiritual reflection in a way that feels supportive and empowering—if that aligns with your values.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Counseling, and my work is rooted in evidence-based practices while also honoring the emotional, relational, and (if important to you) spiritual parts of your healing.
As a licensed counselor in the Sunshine State of Florida, with almost 12 years of experience, I have worked with a variety of populations & settings. Whether it is teens/young adults (ages 15 & +) through 80 years & older, what I can tell you I have learned so far is; we all go through some "unlucky" things sometimes. What counts & is most important is how we learn to cope & manage these situations life throws our way. Together we can digest & learn ways to heal when life gets hard!
