I specialize in helping Women 18-55, who are struggling with mood related issues, stress management, burnout, relationships and ADHD.

Many of my clients come to me feeling lost, overwhelmed, exhausted and unsure where to turn.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can breathe and just be. Within this space, I will help you make sense of the chaos, learn ways to skillfully manage emotions and stressors and stop spiraling, understand and like yourself more, as well as find the clarity and confidence to move forward.

As a therapist who has overcome personal trauma and hurdles to becoming a more secure and healthy person, I know what it’s like to be on the other side. I offer a completely nonjudgmental, non-pressured, but structured approach.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I have been providing therapy for over 5 years. My specialties in the last 2 years have focused on individuals of all ages with OCD, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and BFRB's. I also have experience with time management, substance abuse, grief, career choices, and identity development.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. My dual certification allows me to approach care holistically — understanding both the psychiatric and medical factors that impact overall wellness.
