I’m a board-certified psychiatrist who works with adolescents through older adults, and I bring both medical and therapeutic training into my work. Mateja (Matty) Petje is a holistic psychotherapist and hypnotist with 20 years of experience working with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, chronic stress, PTSD, OCD, and narcissistic abuse. Her specialty is working with adults who have experienced childhood abuse and trauma that still affects their lives (C-PTSD). She also provides Ketamine Assisted Therapy and art therapy.
I have worked with a variety of issues within the Mental Health field for over 10 years, mainly working with teenagers and adults. I have found that the best client is someone who is ready to work, even when it can be difficult. Change can be terrifying, but feeling "stuck" isn't fun either. I want to be able to provide resources for you that you can continue to use, even outside of therapy and become the best version of yourself.
