Hello, I’m Michael Treptow, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports children, teens, and adults through life’s challenges. I take a warm and collaborative approach, helping clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and feel more confident in managing stress and emotions. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and school or family-related concerns. My goal is to meet you where you are and work together to create meaningful, realistic change.
Keeshawna Brooks, Ph.D., NCSP, L.P. is a professor, licensed clinical psychologist, and Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP). She earned her Ph.D. in School Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship at a mental health clinic and school psychology consultation practice in Silver Spring, Maryland. Dr. Brooks is originally from Chicago and received her B.A. in psychology and M.A. in the social sciences from the University of Chicago.
You are welcome here! I am Tateanna.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring nine years of experience counseling individuals and families and training professionals to build resilience and sustain mental health. My approach is rooted in compassion and the understanding that every person’s journey is unique. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths, address challenges, and create actionable strategies tailored to your needs. Whether it’s through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a mind-body approach, or solution-oriented techniques, my goal is to help you feel empowered, grounded, and equipped to thrive in both your personal and professional life. And because I love the outdoors and adventurous activities like hiking, biking, and rock climbing, I often weave elements of mindfulness and balance into our work, inspired by my own passions for nature and exploration.
Imagine a life where you can harness your strengths and find more joy in life. I will work side by side with you to find inner strength and empowerment. My years of experience as a therapist and coach has allowed me to help hundreds of people. I love working with children, teens, young adults, couples, and new parents. I encorporate expressive therapies into my practice, along with strategies to help you make progress.
