

Hello, and welcome. My name is Elisha Bernstein and I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I attended Simmons University in Social Work. Most of my clinical background is working in acute behavioral health needs.
We all face times of feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges, such as relationship dynamics, major transitions, or existential questions. In our therapeutic partnership, my primary aim is to create meaningful change collaboratively, guiding you towards greater understanding and fulfillment.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing medication
management and therapy for children ages 5+, adolescents, and adults. I treat ADHD,
depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, and related conditions. I also work with adults with autism
spectrum disorder and ADHD, providing diagnostic clarification and ongoing treatment within
general psychiatric care. I offer in-person and telehealth visits and focus on collaborative,
evidence-based, and individualized care.
My passion is helping individuals with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I have multiple years of professional and private practice experience helping teens, middle aged, senior adults, and couples navigate emotional difficulties and traumatic periods of their lives.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes emotional health deserves more attention than it often gets. I help adults of all ages improve how they experience life by teaching practical, evidence-based skills. I specialize in CBT and DBT and work with concerns like anxiety and it's related disorders, OCD, trauma, depression, substance use, life transitions, personality disorders, relationship and interpersonal challenges. My goal is to help you build tools that lead to lasting change and personal growth.
Kaitlyn is a passionate, attuned, liberation-oriented clinician and lifelong artist who brings a creative spirit to counseling whether through art-making in session or supporting clients to experiment with new ways of thinking and feeling. They are queer, trans, chronically ill, and neurodivergent and their lived experience informs their practice. Working from a lens of integrative trauma treatment, they utilize parts work, polyvagal practices, somatic informed practices, and mindfulness skills.
