Hello, I’m Vincent. I am a Licensed Psychoanalyst/Psychotherapist (LP) with a private practice in Manhattan, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions. I bring my own lived experiences and cultural attunement into the room to build a deeply trusting and authentic therapeutic alliance with my clients.
As the therapist, with the convenience of remote therapy, we can seamlessly integrate treatment into your daily life, allowing us to address the specific needs you want to work on.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and knowledgeable space where you feel genuinely seen and heard. I understand that navigating life’s challenges can often feel isolating, even when surrounded by others. That’s why I focus on creating an environment where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings, ultimately helping to alleviate that sense of loneliness in crowded spaces.
Your comfort is a top priority in our sessions. You should feel empowered to speak freely, knowing that your voice matters. I am here to actively listen and to help you gain clarity on what you’re seeking from therapy. Whether it’s your first time receiving treatment or you’re returning to therapy, our work together will be collaborative, and we will move at a pace that feels right for you.
Exploring what you want to change and why it’s important is a crucial part of the therapeutic process. I invite you to reflect on your goals and consider what areas of your life you’d like to shift or improve. Once you’ve identified those areas, we can develop effective tools and strategies tailored to your specific needs.
My approach is rooted in compassion, practical guidance, and evidence-based techniques that foster growth and resilience. Let’s work together to identify what support looks like for you, clarify what you want to change, and equip you with the tools to make that change sustainable. Your journey is unique, and I’m here to provide guidance every step of the way.
Education and History
I have four years of clinical counseling experience, providing therapy in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, NY. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercy University in Dobbs Ferry, New York.
I am a clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience working with adults and children, in a multitude of cultures and settings. I am practical, engaged and committed to helping my clients address their concerns while fostering self-awareness. I am experienced using dynamic and evidence-based techniques with adults and adolescents. I have worked extensively at the Tavistock in London and Einstein College of Medicine, NY with children and their parents.
I believe therapy is the most successful when a relationship is formed between me and the client. Therefore, in addition to helping you cope with your mental health, I also try to focus on the relationship and what comes up in session live time.
I’m a licensed therapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University, and I specialize in working with adults navigating addiction, trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices that support healing and personal growth.
With a background in both outpatient and community-based settings, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through some of life’s most difficult moments. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward change. Whether you're managing overwhelming emotions, healing from past trauma, or working toward sobriety, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward at your own pace.
I welcome clients from all walks of life and believe therapy should feel like a supportive partnership. If you're ready to begin or continue your healing journey, I look forward to working with you.

As a License Mental Health Counselor I believe the small steps leads to bigger wins! Seeking therapy is the beginning of your journey. I have been practicing for the past four years and have recently shifted my focus to a more diverse group of individuals.
I bring over 15 years of experience working with children, families, and schools to help people understand their emotions, strengthen relationships, and build the tools they need to thrive. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that we all do the best we can with the tools we have—and that with the right support, we can grow and heal.
