I help adults and teens who struggle with conflict, alienation, and self-doubt develop self-esteem and feel free to pursue joy without feeling guilty for it. I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, trauma, or anxiety related to their relationships or family. My clients also learn self-regulation skills and see a decrease in high anxiety and stress within 2-5 sessions.
As a mental health counselor, I believe that everyone’s path toward wellness is unique. I’m passionate about helping people discover their own sense of balance and fulfillment, no matter where they are on their journey.
