I am a trauma therapist who helps adults heal from painful experiences, long standing emotional patterns ,and the stress that can build up in both the mind and the body.
My style is warm, direct , and thoughtful, and I work with clients who want more than symptom relief - they want deeper understanding, lasting change, and a stronger sense of self. I also bring a wellness perspective to therapy, recognizing the impact of stress, sleep, lifestyle and the nervous system health on emotional well-being.

Later in my career, I led new mom’s support groups to help mothers navigate this unique time of life in a supportive and non-judgmental community. I currently specialize in working with maternal mental health where I aid mothers in exploring many topics including a mother’s new normal, changing relationships with her partner, the baby blues as well as postpartum depression/ anxiety/ OCD, adjusting to returning to work, introducing a new sibling to the family, navigating new dynamics with older children and much more.
As a psychotherapist, I have had the privilege to work with individuals who are brave enough to openly discuss difficult life transitions and learn the tools to deal with them. It is truly inspiring to witness the tenacity of individuals who take the time to be the best they can be.

I am an LCSW and specialize in infertility, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-confidence, coping skills and stress/anger management, and life transitions. Having had my own journey in building a family, I understand the unexpected challenges (i.e. pregnancy loss, fertility preservation, third-party reproduction and ART), as well as the transition to parenthood. In addition, I provide consultations for intended patents, and evaluations for gestational carriers and egg/sperm donors.
