I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from the New York University Silver School of Social Work. I have extensive experience supporting individuals and families experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
My professional background includes working with individuals and families helping them strengthen relationships, manage stress, and build healthier coping strategies. I am passionate about helping people feel empowered, supported, and capable of creating meaningful change in their lives.
I offer therapy in English and Spanish and welcome individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
I have been in practice since 2013 and worked with people from all walks of life. I am sensitive to context, goal oriented and will work with you to find a solution that works for you.
Guided by my persistent and deep curiosity about the human condition, I now bring over 12 years of clinical experience to my work. Within a secure, collaborative therapeutic relationship, we work together to heal emotional wounds, strengthen inner resources, and integrate all parts of the Self—fostering a more meaningful, conscious engagement with the world.
My clients can expect emotional and psychological support, thoughtful insight and guidance, and skill-building, all in service of empowerment, growth and transformation.
I received my Masters from Antioch University of New England, Bachelors from SUNY Empire State University, and Associates from Cortland Community College. I own a private practice and offer both in person and telehealth sessions in Oswego NY. I teach at SUNY Empire State as well. I have experience working with both behavioral and cognitive mental health and specialize in grief and loss, anxiety, and life changes. I am a mom to 5, have two dogs, and love designing and renovating.
Hello and Welcome. I'm so glad you are here.
We live in a world with multiple pressures and stressors, often having to navigate the expectations from others and those we put on ourselves. Many of us often feel stuck and overwhelmed by those pressures. You are not alone, and there is help.
We all have parts of ourselves that we want to work on, maybe an anxious part, a self-critical part, a part that can say mean things, or is highly reactive. All of your parts are welcome here in therapy.
