I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I’m glad you’re here! Therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’ve been carrying a lot on your own. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can exhale and feel understood. Together, we’ll move at your pace and focus on tools and insights that help you feel more grounded, connected, and like yourself again. My main focus is female clients ages 15-30 who are struggling with anxiety and depression.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to creating a nurturing space where my clients feel space to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I strive for therapy to feel collaborative and authentic. I meet clients where they are and tailor my approach accordingly.
I've worked successfully with race-and class-diverse, LGBT and straight clients from teens to seniors. Many are new to NYC or in other life transitions. Clients come with anxiety, identity issues, relationship or work problems, trouble managing anger...My style is warm yet analytical, and interactive. I encourage laughter! I find that people want to understand themselves, break free from self-damaging patterns, and live more fully--and joyfully.

I want you to know that when you work with me, you’re partnering with a clinician who leads with compassion, honesty, and a deep commitment to your healing. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through some of life’s most complex emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care—meaning I see all of you, not just the symptoms or the struggle.
In our work together, you can expect a balance of warmth and clarity. I will challenge you when needed, celebrate your growth, and help you see the strengths you might have forgotten you had. My style is collaborative; we build your goals together and move at a pace that feels safe, steady, and empowering. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership rooted in trust, respect, and real transformation.
I also want you to know that I value your lived experiences. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, family conflict, identity questions, trauma responses, or life transitions, I will always honor your story. I work in a way that integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT-informed strategies, solution-focused work, and narrative reframing while making sure the process feels human, not clinical or detached.
My role is to provide you with a space where you are not judged, rushed, or minimized. Together, we will explore what’s working, what’s not, and what can be rebuilt. My goal is simple: to help you become emotionally stronger, more self-aware, and more equipped to navigate life with confidence and clarity.
Most importantly, therapy with me is a place where you can exhale, reset, and grow one session at a time.
