If you’re an individual who is currently stuck or in a life transition, I’m here to help you maximize your true potential, find your clear purpose and release the power within. Life transitions and challenges are personal and unique. And although they can be abrupt and sometimes predictable, we all experience them throughout our lives. Stressors are often emotional taxing changes that create uncertainty and confusion. These life changing events cause us to re-examine our present sense of being and evaluate our priorities. I will help you envision the future that you want, create goals, then help you pursue those goals. To realize this plan, you’ll need a coach, a partner, an ally during the difficult process of transition. You are the expert! You know yourself! I ask powerful questions and help to facilitate positive change. I am committed to serving you as your accountability partner, therapist, and ally during this time of uncertainty and definite change. As your therapist, I can help you develop healthy coping mechanisms to adapt to the stress surrounding your current circumstances.
