They want to feel better but they’re not sure where to start.
Stress and anxiety can leave us feeling overwhelmed, unsure and alone. You may be fed up with feeling constantly on edge, explaining it to others who don’t understand, or shame over feeling the way you do. You might not even remember a time when you didn’t feel this way. Either way, one thing is for sure: you’re ready for some relief. You’re ready to feel relaxation in your body. You’re ready to feel like you can handle what comes your way. You’re ready to feel at peace with your decisions. Most of all your ready to live your life with purpose. You’re ready for a new “normal” and I can help you get there.
Sessions incorporate both your mind and body, so you can find deep healing. Together, we find new perspectives. And we always go at your pace, never pushing to a place you don’t feel ready to be.
As an experienced trauma informed therapist, I believe that your body knows what it needs to do to heal. You don’t have to continue feeling overwhelmed, and you don’t have to do it alone. Call me today for a free 15-minute consult. I look forward to hearing from you.
I promote the healthy development of children, adolescents, adults and families.
I love to facilitate change and to help the individual move forward in the direction which they feel best suits them. I allow my clients to make up their own mind. I ask questions to lead them to their own answers.
I believe everyone should be the best they can be. No judgment for religion, race, geography, or gender, we are all just people trying to survive in this very complex world. I may ask challenging questions, but it is for you to do self-reflection and discovery.
