I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with grief and loss, the impact of a medical diagnosis and parenting issues. I have worked with children and families in a medical setting for over 20 years. I have also worked closely with individuals and families who have been touched by cancer. I believe in treating everyone with compassion and respect. I believe you are the expert of your life. We are all unique and have our own strengths.
Thank you so much for reaching out and considering me to walk alongside you. My goal is to help you do more than just get through the day—I want to help you truly thrive. As a Licensed Professional Counselor here in Pennsylvania, I specialize in solution-oriented care designed to help you navigate things like anxiety, depression, and work stress with a renewed sense of self-acceptance.
If you're in your 20s or 30s and life feels harder to manage than it should—whether that’s ADHD affecting work or relationships, grief that won’t lift, the weight of new parenthood, or a season that’s pushed you past your usual coping—I’d love to talk.
With over 30 years of experience, I still genuinely enjoy this work and the people I meet. I believe everyone has real strengths, and therapy can help clear the path so you can actually use them.
I’m warm and affirming, and I won’t avoid the hard stuff. I’m direct without being critical, so you’ll always know where I stand—and that I’m on your side.
