Even when you are functioning, it may not feel like ease. Carrying this kind of pressure, it has to go somewhere. It might show up as overworking, avoiding things you don’t want to deal with, shutting down, or habits you’re not proud of. I work with capable people who have learned to keep going at their own expense.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), and I work with individuals who are managing stress, burnout, or the ongoing demands of work, family, and caregiving. Many of the people I see are trying to balance multiple responsibilities and are looking for a way to manage it all more effectively.
My approach is practical and focused on what’s helpful day to day. I focus on building skills around emotional regulation, communication, and managing stress in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and caregivers navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and behavioral challenges. I also have a background supporting individuals and families impacted by developmental disabilities, which helps me work through more complex situations in a steady and consistent way.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas (and LMHC in Florida) and an Air Force veteran with experience in deployments. I earned my Master's Degree Counseling and Psychology, and am qualified to provide EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy. I help individuals and families in depression, anxiety, life changes, trauma (PTSD), anger management, parenting, and relationship challenges. I also have worked extensively with LGBTQIA+ individuals and families.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and use practical, evidence-based approaches to support lasting change.

I offer virtual counseling in a supportive and nonjudgmental space focused on helping clients feel more in control and balanced in their daily lives.

I have almost 20 years of experience working with couples and individuals of all backgrounds. Outside of this, I have quite extensive training in working with healthcare professionals, spirituality, and substance abuse. I hold my masters in both divinity and couple & family therapy, and am trained in postmodern clinical approaches.
