I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps people work through stress, anxiety, family struggles, and past trauma. I also work with teens and parents to improve communication and build stronger relationships. My approach is down-to-earth and focused on giving you tools you can use in real life.
I believe therapy should feel comfortable and practical, not complicated. My goal is to meet you where you’re at and help you take steady steps toward feeling better.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based practices. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, whether that means addressing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or navigating major life transitions.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University. Throughout my clinical practice, I have supported clients across all life stages in navigating complex emotional challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression, while empowering them to cultivate healthy, fulfilling interpersonal relationships.
I have personal and professional experience working with cancer patients and chronic illness. I am EMDR trained and trauma informed. I like to be creative and collaborative when working with exposure in relation to OCD, Depression and Anxiety.
Hi, I’m Angela Njoroge, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and therapist. I offer a down-to-earth, supportive space to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work with kids, teens, and adults on things like anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, narsassistic abuse treatment, and life stress. My approach is collaborative and compassionate—whether we’re working through tough emotions or finding the right medication support, we’ll do it together.
My approach to mental health is holistic and integrative. I incorporate various techniques such as talk therapy, mindfulness, nutrition, sleep hygiene, and when appropriate, medication management, all tailored to your unique needs and goals.
