My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that real change happens through genuine connection. Clients tell me they feel comfortable opening up and that they leave our sessions feeling lighter. I offer guidance and practical tools along the way to help you move forward, and in addition to talk therapy, I also offer EMDR.
I am a California-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist actively working in the field since 2019. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Jose State University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Palo Alto University. I work with a wide range of Clients and diagnoses dealing with topics around coping with life changes, anxiety/stress, depression, mood, relationships, sex, trauma, anger, and harm (to name a few).
Therapy is a journey of personal growth and healing. It takes courage and can be challenging, but you don’t have to embark alone. My hope is that, as your therapist, I can be the holder of hope and a source of support. After obtaining my Master's in Counseling degree in 2015, I have had a wide range of experience. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and families as they work through a wide range of issues including traumatic experiences, grief, depression, and anxiety.
I am a licensed therapy who works with adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I bring a thoughtful, compassionate approach to therapy and prioritize creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and human—not rushed or judgmental. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself while building insight and tools that support meaningful, lasting change.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply off, you’re in the right place. I work with individuals who are ready for meaningful, lasting change, people navigating the stress of parenting, the weight of anxiety and depression, the challenges of ADHD, or the desire to reconnect with their true selves. Because therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about remembering who you are, beneath the noise.
I specialize in supporting:
-Parents and caregivers of children with complex or behavioral needs
-Women navigating identity, burnout, life transitions, or societal pressure
-Adults with ADHD, anxiety, or depression looking for new tools and self-compassion
-Those exploring alternative lifestyles or seeking alignment with their values
-Intensive Summer Therapeutic Program for Neurodivergent Children
I have years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, children, families, and couples at every stage of life, I offer integrative, compassionate, and evidence-based care tailored to your unique needs. My background includes extensive work in rural communities, supporting diverse populations and training fellow clinicians—experience that enhances my ability to deliver exceptional support.
Clients can expect a welcoming, professional environment dedicated to healing, personal growth, and lasting positive change. My goal is to help you navigate challenges, build resilience, and move forward with confidence and clarity.
