I am a licensed therapy who works with adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I bring a thoughtful, compassionate approach to therapy and prioritize creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and human—not rushed or judgmental. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself while building insight and tools that support meaningful, lasting change.
I am super passionate about providing affirming care to neurodivergent people. I received my Masters Degree from the University of Northern Colorado and have been working with neurodivergent adolescents and adults for my entire career. I think therapy should feel relational, and I aim to provide a space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. Every person is the expert in their life, and I love helping people see their strengths and challenging areas that clients feel stuck in.
You’re doing your best, and yet things aren’t landing the way you hoped. You put in the effort and care deeply, but something feels off, like your intentions don’t translate into the outcomes you want. You might find yourself asking, “What am I missing?” That gap can feel frustrating, confusing, and isolating. I work with clients who often feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to show up as their full, authentic selves. Many are navigating chronic or invisible illness, neurodivergence, emotional regulation challenges, identity shifts, relationship stress, or difficulties at work or school.
I believe anyone can live a meaningful and fulfilling life and that we all can change and grow even in the most challenging times. For over twenty years, I have worked with Adults, Couples, Teens/Children, and families from a diverse population, helping clients change problematic behaviors and thinking patterns to achieve wellness and growth.
Hi! I'm Jules. I am a trauma-informed, sex-positive, Queer allied therapist. I work with adults of all genders who struggle with stress and trauma; or have a desire to understand themselves and emotions on a deeper level. In our work together I strive for you to rediscover yourself in a healthier way and feeling empowered. This means actually feeling your feelings, understanding why you do what you do, learning self-compassion, find joy, reduce fear and shift accountability where it belongs. Putting our work into practice will enrich your relationship to self, others, and invigorate your life.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering telehealth therapy for adults 18 and older in California.
