Hi! I am a self-esteem and ADHD specialist. I am a licensed therapist working with adults and couples. My passion is in helping individuals struggling with negative body image, executive function issues and/or depression, work on building up their self-esteem, learn about their brain, decrease perfectionism and anxiety, and develop healthy relationships. I help my clients to develop a deeper sense of self-worth, examine old behavior patterns and create new ones, learn boundary setting, and build a balanced and fulfilling life.
What I’d like you to know is that I’m a Licensed Counselor with deep experience supporting people through tough transitions. I’ve spent my career working with at-risk youth in the foster care system, which means I’m comfortable sitting with complex emotions, navigating chaotic situations, and helping people build safety, stability, and hope. I bring that same grounded, no-judgment approach to our work together, focusing on practical steps that help you feel more in control and move toward the life you want.
I have a deep commitment to seeing people flourish in relationship to themselves, and to others. For many of us, we have some sense of what makes relationships great and what makes them terrible. Knowing and experiencing what makes great relationships stronger, and what turns terrible relationships around, is where I can work alongside you. As someone who has been stepped in Attachment science, I love allowing for people to make more coherent sense of their internal world, to build or restore bonds with others.
I love helping people heal through insight, humor, and giving them a place to feel heard. Everyone needs help sometimes, and having a a guide with abilities directed towards healing mental and emotional wounds means you will walk away with tools to last a lifetime. I am always learning new skills to aid more people. We will get through this together!
