Since seeing how the community health system hasn't worked for many in the Southwest, I want therapy to be accessible for my clients. So, I can come to you or my office or virtually! I am 1 of only a couple Spanish-speaking therapist in our region, so I work a lot with the immigrant community. Although I am not Latine, I have worked alongside the Latine community for over 10 years and it is a cultural home for me. Whether I am speaking English or Spanish, my personality still comes through. I also work in homelessness, so I'm comfortable with issues like housing insecurity, substance use, psychosis, suicidality & case management.

If you’re here, you may be carrying a lot—burnout, compassion fatigue, or the weight of always being the strong one. I work with people who give a lot to others, including military members, veterans, first responders, hospital staff, and helpers who have seen too much. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what you’ve been through, and focus on practical steps that help you feel steadier, safer, more grounded, & more like yourself again over time. This is a space to breathe, regroup, and build skills that support healing, balance, and sustainable change
I believe in helping individuals feel empowered and confident in their daily lives. I treat adults who have struggled with trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders and daily stress. I believe that working with individuals to build a strong foundation can help build feelings of regulation and stability in day to day living.
Many clients share that therapy with me feels comfortable, safe, encouraging, and even fun. We’ll move step by step, combining reflection, insight, and practical tools. Along the way, you will uncover new perspectives and recognize your own resilience. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling seen, supported, and more empowered than when you arrived.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, irritable, or burnt out? Navigating the pressures of life can strain your relationships and diminish your self-worth. I specialize in helping talented and gifted high performers cultivate self compassion, stop worrying, and establish healthy boundaries. Together, we'll explore your feelings, thought and behavior patterns, empower your voice, and create sustainable habits. Through this collaborative journey, we’ll set attainable goals that foster emotional balance and resilience, guiding you toward the fulfilling life you deserve. You're not alone - let's uncover your path to holistic well-being.

If you’re seeking compassionate, collaborative support, you’re in the right place! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary (2018) and training at Denver Family Institute.
