I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from CU Boulder and a Master's in Counseling from UCCS. Throughout my career, I have addressed a wide range of concerns and issues, from working with severely mentally ill individuals in a prison setting to engaging with a diverse clientele in community mental health. My specialties include trauma, adolescents, life transitions, and relationship issues.

Hello! My name is Bree. I consider myself lucky to be in a position to support people as they navigate the often absurd, messy, and unpredictable situations life throws our way. I bring warmth, authenticity, and respect for every person's story. I care deeply about honoring your lived experience and the bigger picture of the world you move through.
I approach all experiences with curiosity and respect, including those that are unusual, feel out of the ordinary, spiritual, or hard to explain. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences in a way that is authentic and empowering, without judgment or jumping to conclusions or diagnoses. I believe it’s important to look at the whole picture and never rush to label or define what you’re going through.
I'm also trained in Restorative Justice practices, and can offer support to anyone who’s been impacted by harm-whether you’ve experienced it, caused it, or both. In addition, if you’re interested in exploring Restorative Dialogue, or are already engaged in the process, I can support you every step of the way.
