As a therapist with a rich blend of personal and professional experience, I work with compassion and honesty to help you sort through anxiety, self-doubt, relationship struggles, parenting stress, etc.
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) specializing in trauma-informed care for adolescents and adults. I help individuals navigate anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma including sexual trauma, medical trauma and emotional regulation challenges.
I am a therapist who brings to counseling not only the expertise of helping families heal, transform and overcome, but also a solid understanding of life and the array of challenges that come with it. I have lived a full and interesting life in different cultures. I am blessed with curiosity and love for learning. I value each client I meet and I focus on understanding each person’s unique story and experience as well as their specific strengths prior to moving towards change.
Life can be very challenging at times. There are ups and there are downs. Obstacles can block our path to growth and change. We can feel that we are screwing everything up forever, but we must realize that we are just simply being human and going through the human experience. I believe that with support and guidance all of us can overcome any obstacle that life throws our way. I like to provide compassion, trust, and support to my clients so that they can feel empowered to face their obstacles and experience self-growth.
Taking the first step is not always easy nevertheless my experience has taught me that change and personal growth is always possible. I have worked with adolescents, adults, seniors and groups.

I'm a therapist, yoga teacher, mindfulness teacher, and somatic bodyworker. I help people restore a mind-body connection to increase resilience, health, and wellbeing. I graduated from Smith College School for Social Work in 2016. I am also a Trauma Release Exercise Provider.
