I'm a Penn State University alumnus and obtained my Master's in Addiction Counseling at Waynesburg University. In the past two years I have reached goals of becoming a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor.

My clinical background includes working closely with children, teens, and families in both mental health and medical settings, which has shaped my understanding of how emotional wellbeing is influenced by stress, family relationships, identity development, and the pressures many young people carry every day. I also understand that struggles with food, body image, anxiety, and self-worth often show up quietly at first—and deserve compassionate, thoughtful support.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing life changes, including college and post-college transitions, relationship challenges, marriage and premarital preparation, and parenting. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress that often accompany these seasons of change. My background as a behavioral specialist in community mental health allows me to effectively support adults diagnosed with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder, as well as parents raising children with these diagnoses.

Many of the teens I support struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, anger, academic stress, or difficulty making decisions and feeling stuck or misunderstood. I also work with parents who want to better understand and support their teen but aren’t sure where to start.
