I believe every relationship holds the capacity to heal, grow, and transform. If you’ve found your way here, it probably means you’re ready for change. You don’t have to face it alone. My passion is helping couples break free from painful cycles, rebuild trust, and rediscover the closeness that first brought them together. Clients often tell me that what makes my work different is the balance of honesty and compassion I bring into the room. I won’t shy away from the hard truths, but I deliver them with care and a deep commitment to helping you thrive.
Over the years, I have worked with diverse populations, including individuals recovering from acute trauma, childhood adversity, and postpartum mental health. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with compassionate, person-centered care, recognizing that every individual’s experience is unique. By tailoring interventions to each client’s needs, I create a safe and supportive environment where healing can unfold. As a licensed clinical social worker, I am deeply committed to helping individuals reclaim their strength and resilience in the face of adversity. Specializing in trauma-informed care, I bring expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to empower my clients on their healing journey.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults around anxiety, mood concerns, relationships, and feeling stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change. I care a lot about creating a real, human connection in therapy—not just giving advice or tools. My style is warm and collaborative, but also honest and thoughtful. I believe therapy works best when support and personal responsibility go hand in hand.
Hi! My name is Monica McKee. I’m a passionate LMFT dedicated to helping couples, individuals, and first responder families navigate life’s challenges, heal from past wounds, and strengthen their relationships. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, working through trauma, or seeking greater self-understanding, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and care.
I’ve been married for 25 years and understand that relationships can bring both joy and struggle. This personal experience, combined with my clinical training, allows me to approach couples work with empathy and practical insight. As the spouse of a first responder, I also have a deep appreciation for the unique stressors first responder families face and am honored to support them in therapy. I speak conversational Spanish and enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds.
I specialize in helping couples and families reconnect and heal through an attachment-based approach, exploring how early relationships influence the ways we love, trust, and communicate. I’m trained in EMDR and I'm a Gottman Method Couples Level 2 practitioner, an evidence-based approach that helps couples improve communication, deepen emotional connection, and rebuild trust.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with an emphasis in Clinical Psychology from Pennsylvania State University in 2010, and my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University in 2023, with a focus on trauma.
My clients should know that I provide a calm, nonjudgemental space where they can show up exactly as they are. I understand how overwhelming anxiety, depression, and trauma can feel, and I approach each session with compassion and respect. I believe healing happens at your own pace, and I will walk alongside you as we work toward meaningful change.
I have experience with being a caretaker of someone with chronic conditions as a dad and as a son. I believe in being authentic in my sessions.

Hi, I’m Liz, a therapist who believes healing starts with feeling truly seen and heard. My approach is gentle but direct, and I focus on what’s actually working in your life while finding small, realistic steps toward change. Many of the people I work with are women navigating grief, anxiety, trauma, or the challenges of motherhood. I also understand that sometimes we’re not trying to thrive , we’re just trying to survive in a world that can feel heavy and unpredictable. My goal is to help you make sense of that survival mode, find steadiness within it, and slowly reconnect with you again.
