I work with neurodivergent women, especially moms, who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, and stuck in survival mode. Many of my clients are people pleasing, perfectionistic, and deeply responsible. Others relay on them, but internally they feel exhausted, on edge, or like they can never fully exhale.
You may be carrying guilt, shame, self-blame, or the pressure to keep holding everything together. You may look “fine” from the outside while privately feeling overstimulated, burned out, or unsure how to prioritize yourself without feeling selfish.
Therapy can be a place to stop performing, slow down, and begin coming back to yourself.
Experienced in providing care, interventions designed to promote mental and physical health. Empathetic, culturally competent and results oriented.
I've worked with individuals in a non-profit, specializing in substance use and problematic sexual behaviors, gaining valuable insights into human behavior complexities and recovery challenges. As a Certified School Counselor with a background as a teacher and reading interventionist, I offer unique perspectives to support parents navigating the educational system. Whether entering or immersed in education, I provide understanding and guidance.
I help people who are tired of fighting with their own minds. Maybe anxiety follows you everywhere—that constant worry that won't let you rest. Maybe you can't focus at work no matter what you try, and you're forgetting things that matter. Maybe you're the person holding everything together for everyone else, but inside you're exhausted and running on empty. You've tried to push through. You've tried to "think positive." But your brain won't cooperate, and you're tired of struggling. Here's what I know: You don't need to fix yourself. You need tools that actually work. You need someone who gets it. You need to stop fighting.
Hi I'm Jessica. I'm a mom, a wife, and a counselor who loves Jesus. My passion is helping others reach their quality of life goals.
Currently, I am in Harlingen, Texas providing individual sessions in-person or via video calls. I graduated from UT-Pan American in 2009 with bachelors' degrees and then in 2012 I received a Master's degree in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. In 2013, I came back home, and began practicing and serving children and families who had experienced trauma.
