Grounded in the idea that there's no "right" way a person "should" live, I co-explore possibilities with clients when challenges (such as relationship issues, life transitions, feelings of failure or stuckness) show up.
My name is Alexandra. I am an LCSW. I have earned my degree from the University of Southern California and provide psychotherapy. I use a nurturing and kind approach to help my clients heal and achieve their life goals. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel empowered to overcome your challenges and grow. I am an experienced mental health professional providing an integrated approach and utilizing the latest evidence-based modalities. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Psychodynamic, Trauma Focused, Strength-based, Mindfulness and Solution Focused treatment models. Life is expected to have ups and downs which is unavoidable! I support clients by providing comfort, compassion, and empowerment to be able to move forward in their life.
I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), trained in EMDR, IFS, and other body-centered modalities. I specialize in working with trauma, C-PTSD, attachment, anxiety, depression, addiction, and grief. My approach is holistic and heart-centered, helping clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and access the innate healing wisdom within. Starting therapy is a big step, and my hope is that you feel safe and supported from the very beginning. We start with a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults, young adults, older adults, immigrants, and first-generation individuals navigating life’s transitions. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and grief, as well as those seeking greater clarity, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.

Hi! I am a board certified DNP-PMHNP-BC. I started my career in traditional health practices as a Fulbright Scholar in Sochi, Russia. I presented my research at the US Embassy in Moscow. Following the completion of my grant I attended New York University (NYU). From there I completed a residency at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas. Following this I entered and completed my doctorate at USD University of San Diego, California with a focus on digital telehealth treatment for psychiatric care. I have a passion for working with the veteran population and those seeking care outside the box. I recently completed my facilitation for psychadelic assisted therapy and have an additional practice in Denver, Colorado. I enjoy yoga, swimming and all the water sports!
