Prior to beginning my journey in America, I competed as a professional triathlete for several years. I initially studied Psychology and Sports at the University of Vienna before earning two Bachelor's degrees in Kentucky, followed by a Master’s degree and a Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology in Orange County, California.
