Hi, I’m really glad you’re here. If you’ve been feeling stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, overwhelmed by anxiety or life transitions, or noticing the same struggles showing up in your relationships, you’re not alone. Many people carry ways of coping that once helped them get through difficult moments but now feel limiting or exhausting. I work with young adults, adults, and couples who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. With a background in education and counseling across all developmental stages, I bring a deeper understanding of how early experiences shape who we are today and how we can begin to shift those patterns.
I have over a decade of experience working across both educational and clinical settings, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and patterns rooted in early experiences. I work with young adults, adults, and couples who want to break out of cycles that no longer serve them and feel more grounded, intentional, and connected in their lives. My work is especially helpful for those exploring how past experiences continue to influence present thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Experiencing high-functioning anxiety and burnout? Or just struggling to get through the day? I help clients build clarity, confidence, and practical tools for everyday life. I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, and strengthening your sense of self. With experience across all life stages, including young adults and retirees, I bring a steady, direct, and nonjudgmental approach shaped by my background in correctional settings—there’s very little you could say that would surprise me. We can take the first step together.
I provide trauma-informed, attachment-focused therapy for adults. Many relational struggles are not character flaws. They are adaptations- ways you learned to survive, stay connected, or protect yourself. Together, we slow down enough to understand those adaptations and gently shift what no longer serves you. This work is intentional. It requires honesty, curiosity, and a willingness to look beneath the surface. And it creates lasting change.
Before I ever attended college, I found I enjoyed helping people with fitness training and herbs. After homeschooling for several years, I obtained a teachers license and found I preferred working one on one. I enjoy helping people become successful in life. I offer faith based, and integrated health counseling for a holistic touch.
Recognizing the need for growth and change can feel intimidating, but taking that first step toward therapy shows courage and a willingness to invest in yourself. I create a warm, supportive space where clients can safely explore past and present experiences. Together, we work to understand patterns, emotions, and challenges that may be holding you back. I view therapy as a collaborative journey where we move at your pace while building insight, self-acceptance, and meaningful change. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
Hi, I'm glad you're here! I'm Angela Kehm, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Registered Art Therapist with a foundation in addiction recovery, community integration, and holistic healing. I earned my training from Southwestern College and the New Earth Institute, where I developed a deep commitment to values-driven, culturally aware care. I support individuals navigating burnout, identity shifts, and the quiet ache of disconnection—offering a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.
Hi, I'm Joanna. I'm a licensed professional counselor-supervisor and I've been in private practice for 15 years. I see therapy as an educative process, and I utilize creative, adaptive therapeutic approaches in our work together. I work with people experiencing trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, chronic pain/illness, and adjustment challenges. Treatment modalities include CBT, EMDR, KAP (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy), DBT, somatic modalities, meditation, mindfulness, play/sand play modalities, energy psychology, and brief solution-focused therapies.
“If we want to not just survive but also to thrive in this always challenging world, we have to intentionally develop our capacity to act with courage.” My job is to help you find and develop that courage for the challenges of life.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families who want more than just relief from stress or conflict—they want meaningful change. I believe courage isn’t about being fearless; it’s about showing up honestly, even when it’s uncomfortable, and taking small, intentional steps toward the life and relationships you want. Therapy is a place where you don’t have to have it all figured out. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and uncover new ways of responding that feel more aligned with who you truly are.
I believe that you are the leading expert on your own life. My role is not to diagnose you from a distance or tell you how to live, but to walk alongside you as a collaborator. I am committed to providing a space defined by total transparency and zero judgment.
In this room, you are safe to be your most authentic self. I will listen deeply to your experiences and reflect what I hear, helping you clear the path toward the goals and growth you define as important. We are in this together, and you will always set the pace."
